Making for a night she’ll always remember, Carly Rae Jepsen enjoyed a spectacular debut at the 2012 MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto on Sunday (June 17).

The 26-year-old Canadian cutie was among those gracing the stage, as she offered up a charming version of her breakout single “Call Me Maybe” while later making a surprise appearance alongside Flo Rida as the two performed his hot tune “Wild Ones”.

Along with her stage duties, Miss Jepsen was among the big winners at the Canadian ceremony – as she ended up nabbing three trophies including the grand prize of Video of the Year.

With the show having been hosted by LMFAO, this year’s MMVAs also saw acts including Katy Perry, Kelly Clarkson, Nelly Furtado, Hedley and Justin Bieber provide for a solidly entertaining lineup of performances.
