The 2015 X Factor winner has taken aim at her first ever single

Louisa Johnson has slammed her first ever single.

The X Factor winner released a cover of Bob Dylan’s track Forever Young as her debut single last year – but she definitely wasn’t happy about it.

Speaking to The Sun, the Tears singer has claimed that ‘everyone’ was aware that it wasn’t a great choice for a winner’s single.

She revealed: “I didn’t really gel with it that much – everyone knows it wasn’t the best song.

I didn’t really like it, but it was just one of those things. “It got to a higher spot than I thought it was going to get.”

Louisa’s fears were right – the single went on to become the lowest selling debut from an X Factor winner ever when the track crawled in at Number 9 on the charts.

Last week, the feisty star spoke out in defence of her boyfriend on social media.
