James Corden takes to Twitter to support Kim Kardashian after she was robbed at gunpoint

Kim was robbed at gunpoint at her apartment in Paris in the early hours of Monday morning.

Soon after, people took to Twitter to mock Kim and make jokes about the incident.

And Carpool Karaoke star James Corden told his 7.69m followers this was not OK.

“People making jokes about @KimKardashian tonight would do well to remember that she’s a mother, a daughter, a wife, a friend. Be nice or shut up,” he tweeted.

And James wasn’t alone in his disgust about the comments being made about Kim.

Chrissy Teigen – a longtime friend of Kim and her husband Kanye West – told her 2.85m followers that she expected more “empathy” from people.

“Some s**t just isn’t funny. I see you trying, but it isn’t,” she tweeted.

She then responded to a number of fans’ tweets as she tried to understand why people would make light of the situation.

Chrissy Teigen is firm friends with Kim

“Fame is interesting. Celebs are supposed to love you guys while also knowing you’d make a meme of our dead bodies to get retweets,” she tweeted.

Then hoping to clarify her position, Chrissy said that she misses people having “empathy” for others.
