The inspirational star was recognised last year for her work raising awareness for the LGBT community

Caitlyn Jenner returned to the Glamour Women of the Year gala after being honoured at the awards in 2015.

The reality TV star – who was recognised for her work in raising awareness for the LGBT community – was back at the ceremony on Monday night and dazzled on the red carpet.

Stepping out in a curve hugging orange gown, the star looked thoughtful as she flaunted her figure in a dress that put all eyes on her at the event in Hollywood.

Caitlyn – who came out as transgender in April 2015 had her wavy locks flowing down her shoulders, and added to the block colour of the outfit with a silver necklace.

She went and took her place in the audience, just one year after she was honoured at the ceremony by Judith Light .

“When it comes to gender, everybody in this room is on a journey,” Caitlyn said during her speech.

“We are constantly learning, growing as human beings, learning about ourselves.

“But there is a segment of this population, when it comes to gender, there is a massive confusion, deep down inside.

“It has caused problems throughout the world – because this is an issue about humanity, it doesn’t have borders.”
