Honoring the best and brightest from the world of theatre, the winners of the 2011 Tony Awards were announced during a ceremony held at the Beacon Theatre in New York City on Sunday (June 12).

With Neil Patrick Harris hosting the annual tribute to Broadway stars, the night was dominated by the religious satire musical “The Book of Mormon” – which captured nine of its pack-leading fourteen nominations.

Stepping out to salute excellence on the Broadway stage over the past year, Christina Hendricks was on-hand for the 2011 Tony Awards in New York City on Sunday night (June 12).

The “Mad Men” actress was certainly a head-turner as she took the stage at the Beacon Theatre for a reassembly with the all-star cast of the New York Philharmonic’s April 2011 limited run of Company.

Always one of the more well-attended events to kick off the summertime season, the stars were out in full force at the Wadsworth Theater on the Veteran Administration Lawn in Los Angeles, California on Sunday.

Making for a fun-filled family affair, the likes of Ashlee Simpson, Ashley Tisdale and Olivia Munn were among those shuffling around the 21st annual Pediatric AIDS Foundation ‘A Time For Heroes’ carnival grounds.
